Job Overview We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee the execution of construction activities on-site The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the project ensuring adherence to safety regulations quality standards and project timelines The role will require effective coordination between different teams contractors and stakeholders Key Responsibilities Project Execution Supervise and manage daily construction activities ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget Site Management Monitor site progress materials and equipment to ensure all resources are available and work is progressing as planned Quality Control Ensure that all construction work complies with the relevant technical and quality standards Coordination Collaborate with architects contractors and subcontractors to ensure proper implementation of designs and construction plans Safety Compliance Ensure that safety guidelines and regulations are strictly adhered to on the site Problem Solving Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays by making quick and effective decisions Reporting Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the project manager highlighting any issues or concerns Cost Management Assist in managing project costs and ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently Documentation Maintain records of construction activities materials labour and safety checks Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field 2 years of experience in site engineering or construction management Knowledge of construction methods materials and legal requirements Proficient in AutoCAD MS Office and other engineering software Strong leadership communication and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of safety and quality standards Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Job Type Full time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Perks Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
