Set out the site : Mark out the layout, levels, and boundaries on the ground.
Solve problems : Fix technical difficulties and answer questions from workers or builders.
Safety and quality : Enforce health and safety rules and run quality checks on materials.
Report progress : Write daily logs and update project managers on progress.
Job Requirements Education : Bachelor’s or diploma in civil engineering or construction.
Skills : Good knowledge of CAD software, reading blueprints, and math.
Communication : Transparent speaking skills to work with clients, architects, and laborers.
