We're looking for an experienced Interior Site Engineer who can manage on-site execution, ensure quality workmanship, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver projects on time without compromising design intent.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Civil and interior projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and site safety.
- Prepare BOQs, material requirements, and coordinate procurement.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule.
- Verify measurements and billing of contractors and vendors.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and finishing quality.
Requirement
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines.
