Role Description The Site Engineer role at Evolve Energy Group is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai.

The Site

Engineer will supervise solar power and solar water heating installations, coordinate daily activities at project sites, and ensure work is executed according to design specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring construction progress,



conducting inspections, verifying quality of materials and workmanship, and collaborating with civil and structural engineers, contractors, and clients. The role also involves preparing site reports, resolving technical issues, supporting commissioning activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and company procedures. Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or a related field.

languages to be known - Hindi , English

Experience in construction, infrastructure, or solar projects preferred.

Strong site supervision, quality control, and safety compliance skills.

Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Good communication and coordination with teams and contractors.

Proficiency in MS Office and site documentation/reporting.
