Role Description The Site Engineer (Fresher) will support structural and civil engineering activities at project sites in Ernakulam. This is a full-time, in office role involving daily coordination with senior engineers, contractors, and site staff to ensure that construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include monitoring work progress, assisting in quality checks of materials and workmanship, maintaining site records, and reporting deviations or issues promptly.



The role also involves verifying basic measurements, supporting structural inspections, and helping implement safety and quality standards.

The Site

Engineer will be expected to communicate effectively with project stakeholders, learn and apply engineering best practices, and contribute to smooth site operations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering concepts, preferably with a diploma/ITI e in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Ability to work effectively on site, including basic understanding of construction processes and coordination with site teams.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with supervisors, contractors, and clients.
- Awareness of Quality Control practices, including checking materials, workmanship, and compliance with drawings.
- Education or training suitable for Civil Engineers, with an interest in structural design and detailing.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and use of relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Capability to work full time on-site in Ernakulam, with reliability and punctuality.
