Role Description The Site Engineer – Commercial Interior will oversee day-to-day site activities for commercial interior projects in Kochi. This full time, on-site role includes coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

The Site

Engineer will monitor project progress, manage site resources, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and timelines.

Responsibilities also include conducting site inspections, resolving technical and execution issues, maintaining daily reports, and supporting handover procedures.



The role requires close communication with the project management team to align site work with overall project goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in on-site environments, managing day-to-day construction and fit-out activities.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Experience in quality control, including adherence to design specifications, materials standards, and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles relevant to commercial interiors and fit-out work.
- Background as a civil engineer or related discipline, with exposure to interior or commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.
- Familiarity with project management practices, site reporting
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
- Prior experience in commercial interior or workspace projects is an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience is required
