We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer at Ernakulam location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor structural and finishing work to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Maintain proper documentation of work progress, reports, and site records.
- Liaise with architects,



consultants, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI Diploma.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and structural works.
- Familiarity with project management tools and site reporting.
- Ability to interpret drawings and resolve site-related issues.
- Positive leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of safety standards and local building codes
