- Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with site teams, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Prepare daily reports on project status, including quantity surveys and material requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project documentation, including DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and BBS (Bar Bending Schedules).
