Qualification

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience

- 3+ years of relevant experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.

- Experience in handling civil and interior design work for commercial and/or residential spaces.

- Must have successfully completed at least one end-to-end construction or interior project.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress, prepare site reports, and maintain project documentation.

- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently at the site.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction best practices.

- Inspect work quality and resolve technical issues during project execution.

- Coordinate interior finishing works including flooring, false ceilings, painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.





- Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and interior execution.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

- Good project coordination and site management skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Experience in both commercial and residential construction/interior projects.

- Proven experience of successfully completing at least one project independently or as a key team member.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
