Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Civil Engineer role based in Panchkula.

The Site Civil

Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, including site supervision, quality checks, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring project progress, managing resources and materials, and resolving technical issues in office. The role also involves reviewing drawings, assisting in planning and scheduling, preparing site reports,



and supporting adherence to local regulations and project timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess skills related to working as Civil Engineers, including site supervision and technical problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management and related drainage design practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in site execution for building or infrastructure projects, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge of construction codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in engineering drawings, basic drafting tools, and standard office software.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills, with the ability to work on-site full time in Panchkula.
