Role Description The Site Civil Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring that work is executed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key tasks include supervising site work, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, monitoring progress against project plans, and resolving technical issues that arise on site. The role involves reviewing drawings and civil engineering designs, verifying measurements, preparing site reports, and supporting planning and scheduling of resources.

Engineer will also liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to provide updates, support inspections,



and contribute to smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

Civil engineering foundations: Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications.

Professional practice: Experience working as a Civil Engineer on construction projects, preferably in industrial, residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.

Planning and coordination: Skills in Planning, site scheduling, and resource allocation to maintain progress and meet project timelines.

Infrastructure and drainage: Understanding of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure works to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Education and credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; skilled certification or registration is an advantage.

Technical and site skills: Proficiency with basic engineering software and tools, strong site supervision abilities, and familiarity with safety and quality management practices.

Communication and teamwork: Effective communication skills, ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and readiness to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
