Position: Civil Site Engineer Location: Thondebhavi Experience: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer with 2+ years of experience to oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Thondebhavi. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily site execution and construction activities.

Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills. Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.



Resolve technical issues at the construction site.

Maintain site documentation and quality records. Ensure timely completion of project milestones. QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer.

Knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading engineering drawings. Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work at the Thondebhavi project site.

Preferred Skills Experience in residential or commercial construction projects . Knowledge of BOQ, billing, and estimation. Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulations.
