We're looking for a passionate Short Form Video Editor to join our creative team in Bhopal. You'll create high-performing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other vertical videos that capture attention within seconds, maximize retention, and align with our content strategy. This role requires creativity, speed, and a strong understanding of short-form storytelling. Responsibilities:

- Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube • • • Shorts, and other vertical platforms.
- Create rapid-paced,



attention-grabbing edits with strong hooks and smooth pacing.
- Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, transitions, and music to enhance engagement.
- Optimize videos for maximum watch time and shareability.
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent brand style. Requirements:
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of short-form content trends and audience retention.
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to deliver high-quality edits within deadlines.
