Role Description The Shopify Specialist role at Zenith Career Consultancy is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The role involves managing and optimizing Shopify stores, including setting up themes, configuring products, collections, and navigation, and ensuring a smooth user experience across devices.

Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as updating content, integrating apps and plugins, monitoring store performance, and coordinating with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities also include troubleshooting technical issues, implementing best practices for conversions, and maintaining compliance with brand guidelines and policies.



The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to support client e-commerce objectives and deliver reliable, scalable Shopify solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Shopify and e-commerce platform skills, including theme customization, product and collection management, and app integration.
- Candidates should possess front-end web skills such as HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and responsive design principles for optimizing store layouts and user experience.
- Candidates should possess analytical and optimization skills, including familiarity with Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Candidates should possess digital marketing-related skills, such as understanding SEO fundamentals, on-page optimization for product pages, and basic knowledge of online merchandising.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Relevant experience working on Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms in a professional setting; prior agency or consultancy experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage deadlines effectively, and adapt to evolving client and project requirements.
