Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Shop Assistant Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support shop operations. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting, be proficient in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and possess basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payment entries in Tally.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and petty cash records.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Reconcile cash, bank, and ledger accounts.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and invoice management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Handle billing and customer payment records.




- Maintain proper filing of vouchers and accounting documents.
- Coordinate with the Accountant/Manager for day-to-day financial activities.
- Perform general administrative and shop-related support work as required.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good command of MS Excel (Formulas, Filters, Basic Reports).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or any Commerce Graduate.
- Candidates pursuing graduation with relevant experience may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
