1. Shift Operations: Oversee the day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently.
2. Workforce Management: Manage the shift workforce, including machine operators and production workers, by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
3. Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications by conducting regular quality checks and addressing quality issues promptly.
4. Machine Operation: Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with maintenance for any major repairs or adjustments.
5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety training, and maintain a safe working workplace for shift workers.
6. Shift Reporting: Prepare shift reports detailing production output, quality metrics, any incidents, and shift handovers.
7. Inventory Management:
Keep track of raw materials and finished goods inventory during the shift, ensuring adequate stock levels.
8. Knowledge & working experience in windows, Excel, word & ERP system.
