The Shift Manager Incharge will be responsible for supervising and managing the operations of the hydrogen plant during assigned shifts The role requires strong technical knowledge leadership ability and strict adherence to safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Oversee and control plant operations during the shift to ensure safe and efficient production Ensure protected smooth and efficient plant running Monitor process parameters equipment performance and hydrogen output Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions when required Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for issue resolution Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Prepare shift reports and maintain operational records Monitor process parameters equipment performance and hydrogen output Take immediate corrective action in case of process deviations or equipment abnormalities Lead and guide shift operators and technicians Support continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and reliability Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location Remote
