Key responsibilities include staffing and shift scheduling, monitoring clinical standards, and handling patient or staff issues.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage shift staffing levels and assign daily patient care duties to nurses.

- Monitor compliance with hospital rules, healthcare regulations, and safety policies.

Resolve patient complaints and support families with doctor instructions or medical updates.

- Guide, train, and evaluate the performance of shift nurses and support staff.

- Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and shift productivity metrics.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Active and valid registered nurse (RN) license.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with prior leadership experience preferred.

- Robust communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
