Position description: #Responsible for managing and controlling all return logistics operations during the assigned shift, ensuring timely receipt, inspection, segregation, documentation, storage, and disposition of returned goods while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency#

Primary Responsibilities: #*

- Supervise daily return logistics activities during the shift.
- Monitor receipt, inspection, and segregation of returned materials.
- Ensure proper documentation and system updating of returns.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, quality, and customer service teams.
- Maintain inventory accuracy for returned stock.
- Monitor reverse logistics KPIs and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
- Manage shift manpower allocation and performance.*#
