Role summary We are looking for a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to design and implement scalable SharePoint Online solutions for client and project collaboration. The role will focus on SharePoint solution design, information architecture, metadata, access control, automation and site provisioning.

Experience 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform development.

Key responsibilities • Design and implement SharePoint hub, client and project site structures.

- Create and configure modern Team Sites, Communication Sites and Hub Sites.
- Configure document libraries, lists, content types, metadata, views and navigation.
- Configure document roll ups, SharePoint list based milestone tracking and metadata driven content experiences.
- Configure SharePoint Search and PnP Modern Search using metadata, filters, result layouts and security trimmed content.
- Configure permissions, Microsoft Entra ID groups and controlled external sharing.
- Develop Power Automate workflows and Power Apps forms.
- Automate site creation, template application, hub association, metadata configuration and permission assignment.




- Support SharePoint integration with external systems using Power Platform connectors, Microsoft Graph and SharePoint APIs
- Work with UI/UX and SPFx developers to deliver custom web parts, extensions and search interfaces.
- Support SharePoint governance, content migration, testing and production deployments.

Required skills • Strong hands on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

- Experience with Hub Sites, Team Sites, Communication Sites, document libraries, lists and permissions.
- Strong knowledge of information architecture, metadata, content types, document views and SharePoint Search.
- Experience configuring PnP Up-to-date Search web parts, filters and result layouts.
- Hands on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience with PnP PowerShell, PnP provisioning templates, site scripts, site designs or equivalent automated provisioning approaches.
- Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, external sharing and SharePoint governance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Graph, SharePoint APIs and Power Platform integration options.
