We are seeking an experienced SFMC Business Analyst to gather requirements and translate marketing needs into effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of SFMC Business Analyst experience.
- Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Experience with customer journeys, segmentation, campaign automation, and integrations.
- Skilled in user stories, process documentation, UAT, and Agile methodologies.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- SFMC certification is preferred.
