The Sewing Trainee will undergo hands-on training in garment stitching operations, machine handling, quality standards, and production processes. The trainee will learn to operate sewing machines efficiently while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
### Key Responsibilities:
Learn and perform basic sewing operations as per training guidelines.
Operate industrial sewing machines under supervision.
Understand garment construction and stitching techniques.
Follow production instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain required quality standards in stitching.
Report machine issues or production concerns to the supervisor.
Ensure proper handling of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow factory safety rules and regulations.
Participate in skill development and continuous improvement programs.
### Required Qualifications:
Minimum 8th / 10th Pass (preferred).
Basic reading and writing skills.
Prior sewing experience is not mandatory.
Willingness to learn and work in a garment manufacturing environment.
