The ideal candidate should have experience in the banking industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist customers with financial products and services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Assist customers with banking-related services and queries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Promote and explain banking products and services. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service. Achieve assigned business and service targets.



Maintain records and prepare required reports.

Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline) Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any Banking Industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of banking operations and customer service.

Salary &
