We're looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join our Production Team.

Position: Setter cum Operator

Location: Unit 5, Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu

Key Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing
- Experience in CNC Punching, CNC Bending, Laser Cutting, or Power Press operations
- Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and changeover
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
- Understanding of quality standards and in-process inspection
- Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge




- Strong focus on safety, 5S, and productivity
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
