- Calculation of fund settlements of fundraisers
- Fund transfer of international and domestic donations
- Verifying international transactions via emails
- Resolve customer complaints & queries related to fund settlements
- Resolve disputes and chargebacks raised on donations
- Daily risk analysis of international transactions
- Maintain various trackers and reports
- Any other task which management deems fit
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of MIS office with skill in MS Excel and MS Word
- Dynamic and able to take initiatives
- Ability to multitask
- Time management skills
- Must have ability to work independently as well as in team
- Qualification: Graduate
- Total Experience: 1 to 3 years.
