We're looking for skilled and motivated professionals to join our Production Team.

Position: Setter cum Operator

Location: Unit 5, Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu

Key Requirements

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die, or related field

2–5 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing

Experience in CNC Punching, CNC Bending, Laser Cutting, or Power Press operations

Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and changeover

Ability to read engineering drawings

Proficiency in using measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)

Understanding of quality standards and in-process inspection

Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge





Strong focus on safety, 5S, and productivity

Willingness to work in rotational shifts
