Role & responsibilities

Platform Architecture & Strategy

- Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture, standards, and best practices.
- Develop long-term platform roadmaps aligned with business and technology strategies.
- Ensure solution designs are scalable, maintainable, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards.
- Act as the architectural governance lead for all ServiceNow initiatives.

Solution Design & Delivery

- Lead architecture and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Review and approve high-level and detailed solution designs.
- Provide technical oversight for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities and minimize unnecessary customization.

Technical Leadership

- Mentor solution architects, technical architects, developers, and administrators.
- Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and platform governance processes.




- Drive adoption of best practices across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, SPM, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Support pre-sales and solutioning activities for recent opportunities.

Integrations & Enterprise Architecture

- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
- Define API, middleware, and data architecture strategies.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and other technology teams to ensure ecosystem alignment.
- Drive platform modernization and automation initiatives.

Platform Governance & Optimization

- Establish platform health, performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments.
- Identify opportunities for platform optimization and technical debt reduction.

Lead upgrade planning and platform lifecycle management activities
