We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer – GRC/IRM to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions.

Client: Infosys

Experience: 10 Years

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development and customization across ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
- Develop workflows, forms, UI Actions, ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Notifications, and Data Models.
- Build reusable components using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to implement technical designs.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce ServiceNow development best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and production releases.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and release notes.
- Work closely with functional consultants, platform administrators, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 10 years of overall IT experience.
- 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.




- 4 years of experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations.

Robust expertise in:

- JavaScript
- GlideRecord
- GlideAjax
- Client Scripts
- Server Scripts
- Business Rules
- UI Policies
- ACLs
- Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules including:
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Vendor Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance
- Risk Management
- Exception Management
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Data Model, Notifications, and Platform Development.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes.
- Experience building Dashboards, KPIs, and Performance Analytics.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
