Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Experience: 5-13 Years

Locations: Pune

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, implement, and support IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration

Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors

Build integrations with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs

Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer

Perform CMDB data modeling,



reconciliation, and data quality improvements

Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)

Robust knowledge of CMDB, CSDM framework, and infrastructure concepts

Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting

Experience with MID Server setup and integrations

Good understanding of ITSM processes

ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-ITOM preferred)
