ServiceNow Specialist / Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Platform Development & Automation: Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications. Develop workflows using Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- ITSM Implementation & Support: Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and CMDB processes, adhering to ITIL best practices.
- Security Operations (SecOps): Implement and support Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response (SIR), and Threat Intelligence. Integrate security tools/scanners and automate remediation workflows.
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD): Configure HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management,



and Lifecycle Events to build employee-centric self-service workflows.
- Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro): Lead HAM Pro implementations and go-live activities. Configure procurement, inventory, stockroom, asset tracking, and retirement workflows, ensuring normalization and CMDB/Discovery alignment.
- Project Delivery & Go-Live: Drive requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, cutover, and post-production hypercare support.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and development experience.
- Core Expertise: Deep knowledge across ITSM, SecOps (SIR, Vulnerability Response), HRSD, and HAM Pro.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid command of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of ITIL processes and asset management lifecycle standards.

- Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, or HAM Pro
