Responsibilities

Develop and support ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management).

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Implement and manage Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions.

Build integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Create dashboards, reports, and support BAU enhancements.

Ensure SLA compliance and participate in release and governance activities.

Mandatory Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

CIS – ITSM or CIS – Security Operations
