- Good understanding of entitlement processes, licensing models, case triage, and support flows.
- Ability to analyse dashboards, reports, and entitlement data for decision-making.
- Knowledge of routing rules, assignment logic, and workflow transitions.
- Experience with ServiceNow Agent AI / Virtual Agent (functional).
- Familiarity with business rules, decision trees, Flow Designer, and case routing logic.
- Ability to work with technical teams to automate rules—no coding required but strong functional understanding expected.
