We are hiring for one of our premium clients and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Techno-Functional SME to support and enhance a global IRM platform.

Location: PAN India

Experience: 10+ Years Overall | 5+ Years in ServiceNow IRM

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the Senior Techno-Functional SME for ServiceNow IRM
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable IRM solutions
- Configure and maintain Risk, Controls, Compliance, Issues, and Audit Management modules
- Perform impact analysis for enhancements
- Support platform releases, UAT, testing, and deployments
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams
