- Design, develop, and customise ServiceNow applications.
- Build workflows, Service Catalogues, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations and configure IntegrationHub & MID Server.
- Work with ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting to deliver scalable solutions.
