Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 12 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in senior developer roles.

- Proven senior-level ServiceNow development experience with a strong track record of delivering complex customisations, configurations and integrations.

- Deep hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development, including server-side scripting, client-side scripting, scoped applications, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and automation capabilities.

- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and core platform areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and Discovery.

- Strong integration experience using REST, SOAP, MID Server, API authentication, error handling and supportable integration patterns.

- Robust software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, reuse, performance,



security, maintainability and testability.

- Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models, including structured release, testing and promotion processes across instances.

- Ability to contribute to technical design and feasibility discussions and mentor less experienced developers.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a globally distributed team across time zones.

- Fluent English is required.

ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD are strongly preferred. Relevant CIS certifications for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery or IntegrationHub will be an advantage
