Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and provide leadership on ITSM best practices
- Gather and understand requirements from clients
- Conduct gap analysis and assessments to identify the delta between ServiceNow and ITSM processes
- Design, develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Develop and test all ServiceNow and ITSM Applications Suite Implementations
- Install and Configure ServiceNow infrastructure setting
- Assist in designing, developing and product demonstration of product
- Participate in Project team collaboration sessions with PM, ITTL engineers and administrators
- Provide support for existing production applications and recommend opportunities for enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related technical field
- 4+ years hands on implementation experience with ServiceNow ITSM products
- 4+ experience developing with ServiceNow software suite
- Experience in upgrades to ServiceNow
- ITIL 3V Foundation Certified
