- Positive experience in development of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, Workflows and Orchestration, Platform maintenance, code movement.2. At least 4 years of total IT experience as developer 3. Should have worked with ServiceNow.4.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.5. Hands on Knowledge of Javascript.6. Hands on knowledge mid-servers, integrations based on SOAP and REST.7. Good experience of working with Glide, Ajax, client scripting, business rules, UI Policies.8.
Experience on upgrade of platform.9. Knowledge of testing from Unit testing point of view.10. Should be self-driven individual contributor who can work based on requirements or design.11. Good documentation and communication skills.12. Should stick to all the quality processes defined within organisation.
