We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management
- Configure HR workflows, lifecycle events, and integration
- Build and enhance catalog items, record producers, and Flow Designer workflow
- Implement Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and AC
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices adherence
Required Skills
- Solid experience in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
- Hands-on with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting & platform development
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Port
- Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts
- Exposure to HR lifecycle events and employee workflows
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / HRSD) preferred
