- Primary responsibility will be development of wizards and workflows in ServiceNow
- Core ServiceNow development skills
- In-Depth knowledge on Business Rules, Scripts, UI actions, Class managers, IRE, Scoped Application, Integrations
- Web-services (REST / SOAP) and database integration development
- UI customization and workflow development in ServiceNow
Good to have
- Robust oral and written communication skills
- Good Soft Skills for customer empathy.
- CAD certification (ServiceNow Certified Application Developer)
