The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM processes, workflows, integrations,



and AI-powered capabilities using Now Assist to improve service delivery, automation, productivity, and user experience.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, platform administrators, and delivery teams to implement scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions leveraging AI and automation capabilities. Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.

Build and maintain custom applications using App Engine Studio.

Configure and support ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and employee workflows as required.

Develop and maintain Service Catalogs, Knowledge Management, and CMDB solutions.
