Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, service owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow implementations, process automation initiatives, integrations, and platform enhancements.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules, scripting, integrations, CMDB administration, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM solutions including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Service Catalog management.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Service Portal.
- Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Implement workflow automation and process improvements using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Maintain and enhance CMDB, CSDM framework, and CI relationship management.
- Create reports, dashboards, SLA configurations, and operational metrics.
- Support Agile project delivery, sprint activities, UAT, defect management, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Participate in platform governance, release planning, and ServiceNow best-practice implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, compliance,



and service excellence.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Experience

- 8–12 years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

Educational Qualifications

- BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA / MSc or equivalent.
