We are looking for a Service Manager for Trichy location
Industry: Automotive
- Customer service: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and help them understand their vehicle's issues
- Repair recommendations: Help customers decide on the type of service or repairs needed, and prepare repair orders
- Communication: Relay information to service technicians, and translate technical jargon for customers
- Technician management: In some cases, help schedule technicians and work with them to improve team efficiency
- Contact customers to update them about their vehicle's repair status
- Generate revenue by upselling additional services and products
Salary: 4 - 6 lpa
