Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address and resolve incidents.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with service management frameworks and methodologies to support structured delivery.
Competence in using relevant tools and technologies to track and report incident status and resolution.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Incident Management.
This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
