? Experience: 2–5 Years

? Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Track & Trace and Vision Systems.

Provide on-site technical support and field service to pharmaceutical customers.

Diagnose technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.

Document service activities and maintain high-quality service records.

Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.

1–2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar field.

Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

Experience in field service and customer technical support.

Good understanding of Track & Trace and Vision Systems.





Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with customer support tools and service documentation.

Positive customer-centric attitude with strong attention to detail.

Willingness to travel up to 100%.
