Job Title : Service Delivery Leader - SCM - Source, Manufacturing & Relationship

Responsibilities

Collaborate with client senior stakeholders to execute Procurement, SCM and order management strategies and operational plans. Lead global SCM operations to achieve/exceed P&L; targets while driving customer satisfaction and NPS improvements.

Implement

Genpacts digitalization strategy using RPA, AI, blockchain, and other disruptive technologies to enhance operational eAiciency and customer experience. Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans; drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across operational processes. Serve as senior escalation point for customer and internal issues, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation of repeat complaints. Partner with client teams and internal Genpact teams to enable transformation initiatives, process adoption, and knowledge transfer across delivery centers. Support current deals, including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization,



while mentoring and coaching teams across multiple locations.
