About The Desk The Desk is an Australian-based Zoho Partner helping businesses Streamline, Automate and Transform through technology and connected business systems.

We're looking for an experienced hands-on developer who can independently own Zoho implementation and integration projects.

What you'll do

- Configure and customise Zoho applications.
- Build workflows, custom functions and business automation.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Work with Zoho and third-party applications.
- Independently troubleshoot technical issues.
- Estimate tasks and communicate progress and risks clearly.
- Test solutions and support UAT and go-live.
- Work directly with customers when required.
- Support and mentor junior developers and interns.

What we're looking for





- 3 years in Zoho development, SaaS implementation or systems integration.
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience delivering customer-facing projects.
- Ability to solve technical problems independently and own delivery.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to have: Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, Zoho One, Deluge, JavaScript, SQL, API integrations, Webhooks, n8n/Make.com/AI/Third-party integration tools, MCP Servers and business automation.
