Responsibilities Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and strategic business goals.

Develop creative assets, including web, digital, and marketing materials, while ensuring a high standard of visual storytelling.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms by developing and enforcing design guidelines.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and work hands-on with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to create engaging and impactful visual content.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers,



fostering skill development and creative excellence.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and business objectives.

Conduct design reviews, offering feedback and improvements to ensure the highest quality standards.

Leverage AI-powered design tools (e. g., Claude, ChatGPT, and other generative AI platforms) to enhance design workflows, improve productivity, and accelerate design ideation.

Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.

3-6 years of experience in website designing and copywriting.

Experience with a media agency is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good understanding of typography (fonts), illustration, iconography, layout, and color theory.

Proficiency in design tools such as the Adobe family, Figma, and Claude Design.

Ability to consider content, navigation, structure, and user experience issues to create aesthetic but usable designs on the underlying platform.
