Role Description The Senior Web Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust web applications that power our AI-driven health platform. This full-time, in office role is located in the Mohali district and involves close collaboration with product managers, designers, and data teams to implement secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include developing front-end interfaces, creating and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring high performance and reliability across our web ecosystem.

The Senior Web

Developer will also review code, mentor other developers, contribute to technical architecture decisions, and support continuous improvement in development practices and security standards.

Qualifications





- Strong front-end development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, responsive Web Design, and user-centered Web Development practices.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming, including building secure APIs, working with databases, and implementing scalable application architectures.
- Broad Web Development expertise, with the ability to integrate front-end and back-end components, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Experience translating product and UX requirements into clean, maintainable code and accessible web experiences.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of web security best practices, data privacy principles, and secure handling of sensitive health information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead developer role, with the ability to mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, cross-functional team.
