Looking for someone who designs video, not just edits it. You think in frames, motion, and systems, with a strong grip on AI-led workflows and platform-native storytelling. This is a solution-first role—someone who can take a problem and translate it into high performing,



design-led video outputs.

Responsibilities -

- Lead design-first video execution across YouTube, Instagram, and campaigns
- Convert briefs into sharp visual solutions—formats, systems, and storytelling structures
- Define hooks, pacing, motion language, and visual flow for retention
- Build repeatable formats/templates that scale
- Collaborate with editors, motion designers, and strategy teams to deliver performance-driven content
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, production, and iteration Skills & Requirements –
- 4-5 years in video design / editing / motion / digital content
- Strong visual thinker (composition, typography, color, motion)
- Deep understanding of editing rhythm, pacing, and retention mechanics
- Solution-led mindset—not just execution, but problem solving through video
- Clear understanding of YouTube and platform-native content formats
- Ability to lead, guide, and elevate output quality
- Robust command over Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent stack)
- Proficiency in AI video/design tools (Veo,Runway,HigsField, Pika, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
- Experience building content formats, IPs, or YouTube channels
