Role Description The Senior User Interface Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that reflect the unique personality and premium positioning of HAIR RAP BY YOYO. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad includes creating high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile experiences, collaborating with stakeholders to translate salon services and brand stories into digital touchpoints, and ensuring a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

The designer will work closely with UX specialists, developers, and marketing team members to refine user flows, optimize digital experiences for clients booking appointments or exploring services, and maintain design systems and component libraries. Day-to-day tasks will involve iterative design,



reviewing and improving existing interfaces, preparing assets for front-end implementation, and staying current with design trends relevant to lifestyle, beauty, and salon industries.

Qualifications

- Strong user interface design skills, including User Interface Design and Visual Design for web and mobile experiences.
- Ability to create detailed design artifacts, such as Mockups and design specifications that can be handed off to development teams.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, including User Experience (UX) research, wireframing, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with Front-End Development practices, enabling effective collaboration with developers and accurate implementation of designs.
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and experience maintaining design systems and style guides.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in consumer-facing or lifestyle/beauty-related digital products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Attention to detail, a portfolio showcasing high-quality interface design work, and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
